Your main responsibilities:

• You will lead worksite supervisors, representing the company at the project site.

• You will coordinate the progress of projects.

• You may participate in negotiations with clients if necessary.

• You will lead daily Asaichi meetings.

• You will report to the project manager and substitute them when needed.

We hope that You have:

• At least 3 years of successful experience as a site manager on high-value projects.

• Team leadership experience.

• Excellent English language skills. Russian language is an advantage.

• A results-oriented approach, with strong planning and project management skills.

• Ability to work in a dynamic team and make independent decisions.
